Delete your Axxess account

You can permanently delete your Axxess account and personal data at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app.

In the app

Open Axxess and sign in.
Go to Settings (your profile, top of the Axxess tab).
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted and you’re signed out.

Can’t open the app?

Email yellogem.ma@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Axxess account”. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your profile (email, display name) and Axxess membership.
Your tickets, bookings, and order references stored in your account.

What we may keep

We delete or anonymize your personal data on deletion, except limited records we’re legally required to retain (for example, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention records). Those are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To use Axxess again afterward, you’ll need to create a new account.
